Hongkong 2011: Panda Hotel

We stayed in Panda Hotel for 2nights, 3rd night in Shenzhen. Panda Hotel is a recently built hotel located in Tsuen Wah on Kowloon side about 35 minutes by bus from Hongkong International Airport. To get into the center of town, you have a choice of using the very convenient local underground railway service or taking the Panda Hotel's free shuttle service, which takes guests to and from Tsim Sha Tsui.

The Panda Hotel Hongkong has 1026 rooms for you to choose from, there is a choice of 4 different styles of standard rooms and 6 uniquely styled suites for special occasions. If you're travelling on business, you could also opt for a stay on the executive floor, which is reserved specially for short stay business travelers, with its own special services and a separate fast check-in area.

All guests rooms are lavished with the usual comforts that you'd expect in a 5star hotel, including WIFI connections, a full mini bar, cable LCD TV, air conditioning and a hotel safe.

We were so happy with our hotel room, everything is clean and fresh. The bathroom has hot and cold shower and bath tub.

Panda Hotel also has their own open air swimming pool and Gym on the 8th floor. They even have Sauna and Steam Room.

In terms of food and beverage, the hotel has 4 options to chase away your hunger, if you're looking for a small snack to keep you going until dinner then there is the Panda Cafe, which offers sandwiches, sweets and a range of smoothies and juices. For a more filling meal you have a choice of Chinese traditonal Cusine at the Yin Yue Restaurant or you might prefer the Western Menu served at the balcony dining hall.

You can also buy food outside the hotel, there is a lot of McDonalds and 7-11 everywhere you look where you can buy a much cheaper food.

The 1st and 2nd floor of the building, the Panda Place is a mall. Botiques and Food Chains can also be found. There's even a Game zone which is called the PP Zone.
